Aseel’s journey began with a commitment to uplift artisans and underserved communities in Afghanistan and Turkey. We foresee onboarding all 46 underdeveloped countries to the digital economy, paving the way to connect three billion people being excluded from active participation in the digital economy. Aseel remains steadfast in delivering sustainable and innovative ideas that serve a broader audience, yielding a more substantial impact.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Identify market trends for content and marketing campaigns, collaborate with the team to execute them, and understand the algorithm for scheduling and timing to achieve optimal performance.
• Management of Aseel Social Media Platforms: This may include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube, and Threads.
• Email Marketing: Design newsletters and emails for special occasions.
• Marketing Audience Segmentation.
• Marketing Data Analysis: Analyze data from social media, emails, the website, and mobile application.
• Content Creation on Occasional Basis: As required by the team.
• Manage the Aseel Affiliate Program.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in both executional and strategic digital marketing.
• Experience in managing social media channels with more than 100,000 followers.
• Experience in managing email lists with over 20,000 subscribers.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, including social media automation, email automation, and marketing analytics.
• A secondary level of familiarity with Adobe tools such as AI, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Fluent in English communication.
