As another landmark development of the renowned Gulbahar Investment, Gulbahar towers is set to became the exciting residential apartment buildings. • One of Gulbahar Investment`s new projects is Gulbahar Plaza which is under construction. The architectural and structural design and construction supervision of Gulbahar Plaza as a new commercial residential complex at the Airport Main Road in Microyan Destrict, in Kabul-Afghanistan.

The duties of a CCTV Operator 

1. Monitoring Surveillance Systems:
   • Continuously monitor live CCTV camera feeds to observe activities in and around the premises.
   • Focus on critical areas like entrances, exits, and high-security zones to detect any suspicious activities or incidents.
2. Recording and Storing Footage:
   • Ensure the proper recording and storage of CCTV footage for future reference.
   • Regularly check that the cameras are recording correctly and that storage space is sufficient.
3. Incident Detection and Reporting:
   • Identify and document security incidents or suspicious activities in real-time.
   • Report any incidents, breaches, or anomalies promptly to the security supervisor or management.
   • Provide detailed reports about incidents, including the time, date, and relevant footage.
4. Coordinating with Security Personnel:
   • Direct on-the-ground security staff to specific locations when suspicious activities or emergencies are observed.
   • Assist security guards by providing real-time information from CCTV footage.
5. Maintaining and Adjusting Equipment:
   • Regularly check and maintain the CCTV equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
   • Adjust camera angles, zoom levels, and focus settings to ensure optimal coverage of high-priority areas.
6. Emergency Response:
   • Respond quickly to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies by alerting the appropriate personnel, such as guards, law enforcement, or emergency responders.
   • Provide real-time footage or video evidence to assist in emergency situations and investigations.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Create accurate records of daily monitoring activities, incidents, and actions taken.
   • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents, system status, and any other relevant information to management or authorities.
8. System Troubleshooting:
   • Troubleshoot basic issues with the CCTV system, such as camera malfunctions, recording failures, or display problems.
   • Notify the IT or technical support team for more complex issues that require expert intervention.
9. Compliance with Legal and Privacy Regulations:
   • Ensure that CCTV operations comply with privacy laws and regulations, including restricting access to footage and ensuring data is stored securely.
   • Monitor and protect the privacy of individuals while ensuring security measures are effective.
10. Maintaining the CCTV Room:
    • Ensure the CCTV control room is properly organized and equipped to operate effectively.
    • Keep the equipment clean, orderly, and functional to maintain smooth operations.
11. Training and Development:
    • Train new staff or security personnel on how to operate CCTV systems and monitor feeds effectively.
    • Stay updated on new CCTV technologies and techniques to improve the surveillance system's effectiveness.

ducational Requirements:

 Minimum Bachelor In compurter Science or Certification in security systems or surveillance operations.

Experience:

    •    At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., security or surveillance).
    •    Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and related equipment.

Technical Skills:

    •    Proficiency in using and maintaining CCTV equipment, cameras, and monitoring systems.
    •    Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and video management software.
    •    Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response
