Job Descriptions:

  1. Analyze and synthesize data;
  2. Produce weekly, monthly, Situation Reports, quarterly indicator reports, annual reports, and other narrative reports as assigned by the relevant project;
  3. Create infographics, interactive maps, PPT, and other communication material as needed;
  4. Overseeing reporting and data quality on Activity Info in an accurate and timely manner;
  5. Maintain a donor reporting schedule and share with relevant staff on a timely basis;
  6. Take responsibility for donor reporting deadlines, in terms of setting internal deadlines, providing clear guidance to relevant colleagues, and following-up on inputs
  7. Monitor and ensure accuracy of data collection;
  8. Provide daily reporting;
  9. Support the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks;
  10. Translate reports and project documents from Dari to English and from English to Dari
  11. Coordinates weekly report outputs, highlights, and success stories and provides substantial inputs to the Program team in writing quarterly reports and donor updates;
  12. Provide regular mentorship and guidance to field staff to ensure quality reporting;
  13. Maintain all the documents and filing system
  14. Prepare multi-project reports.
  15. Support the monitoring and evaluation team in documenting and tracking project results as per donors’ requirements.
  16. Participate in the development of different project documentation.
  17. Attend and actively participate in project events (meetings/workshops/trainings).
  18. Maintain regular and effective communication with the field staff and senior staff of the project.
  19. With the coordination of the line manager, update the project different databases (Beneficiary Lists, Village list, CFAC lists).
  20. Preparing different required Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to Line Manager.
  21. Donor briefs and reports.
  22. Management minutes and Notes for the Record.
  23. Coordinate with project teams to document project achievements.
  24. Experience in collecting data and familiarity with M&E methodologies and key concepts.
  25. Support the enhancement of the capacity of Project staff to effectively manage data, information and reports.
  26. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, literature, Communication, business administration or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting and Data Analysis;
  3. Excellent fluency in written English is required.
  4. Proven writing and design skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely through visual data analysis;
  5. Ability to effectively perform clerical work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive information, and work with a variety of individuals.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to strict donor requirements;
  8. Excellent IT skills;
