We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, efficient, and complex mobile applications for both Android and iOS. You will work collaboratively with our team to design and implement reusable components while ensuring the app performs seamlessly both online and offline through synchronization strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate Laravel-based APIs and ensure seamless communication between mobile and backend services.
• Implement offline-first strategies, ensuring that the mobile app can synchronize data efficiently between offline and online states.
• Utilize Git and GitHub Actions for version control, code management, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices in Flutter development.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and continuously improve the mobile app's performance and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mobile app-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter, including building and deploying apps for both Android and iOS.
• Experience with Laravel for backend integration.
• Proficiency in handling offline and online synchronization for mobile apps, ensuring a seamless user experience even in offline conditions.
• Expertise in version control using Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering optimized, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in designing user-friendly mobile interfaces.
