Job Descriptions:

General information:

Crowd Controller is responsible to manage and line all project beneficiaries during the SCOPE Registration, Food / CBT Distribution, keep well lining and direct all targeted women and men to the venue for training venue, Issues security passes to authorized beneficiaries and gives directions to the distribution point to receive their rations.

Key Responsibility:

  • Work under direct supervision of district supervisor.
  • Crowd controllers are responsible to manage and lining all project beneficiaries during the SCOPE registration, CBT distribution which take place every three months.
  • Having good behavior with community people especially with beneficiaries.
  • Assist Training Facilitators in terms of training venue arrangement.
  • Keep well lining and direct all targeted women and men to the venue for training venue.
  • Prioritize the powerless (pregnant, disabled, defective and elderly women& men) and implement their work quickly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by district supervisor/ Project coordinators.
  • Ensuring the security check of distribution sites from suspicious materials 

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduation.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience working with non-profit organizations (NGO)’s with international NGO experience preferred. 
  • Dynamic and flexible.
  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
  • Excellent spoken and written Dari, Pashto with English an advantage.
