Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a check dam in Kandahar, Afghanistan. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the construction project, funded by the UNDP, ensuring it meets all technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Manage project budget and oversee procurement processes.
• Coordinate with government officials, donors, and local communities.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and funding agencies.

Qualifications:
