Job Description
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing curricula for various soft skills training programs, including finance, business, communication, and other relevant skills. The manager will ensure that the training programs align with the needs of the beneficiaries and contribute to their personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive curricula for soft skills training programs, including finance, business, communication, and other relevant skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the training needs of the beneficiaries.
- Design training materials and resources, including presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops, ensuring active engagement and participation from the beneficiaries.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure the relevance and quality of training content.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Prepare reports and documentation on training activities and outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for soft skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and digital tools for training.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English language.
