Project Summary:
The purpose of Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (AMELA) is to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning support services/assistance to strengthen the implementation of USAID development programs in Afghanistan, and to build the technical monitoring and evaluation (M&E) knowledge and skills of USAID/Afghanistan Mission staff and stakeholders. The services provided under AMELA will contribute to supporting USAID/Afghanistan as an effective development organization with strong learning and adaptive management processes.
Position Summary:
The Researcher will assist with data collection, including conducting interviews and identifying potential respondents for the Supporting Student Success in Afghanistan Activity (SSSA) under the oversight of the AMELA technical team and the direction of the Team Lead. The Researcher will help the team achieve the SSSA goal of sustaining access to and improving retention of local quality higher education opportunities for students living in Afghanistan. The Researcher will also help with data evaluation as needed. This position's estimated level of effort is up to 22 days.
