Job Descriptions:

  1. Enumerators will use the qualitative and quantitative data collection tools and collect data through digital devices
  2. Visit identified communities and conduct interviews in accordance to the methodology and tools;
  3. Record / fill in questionnaire through digital device (SurveyCTO);
  4. Ensure responses are recorded accurately;
  5. Enter data in device/tablets;
  6. Ensure timely submission of data;
  7. Coordinate with the supervisor and report on daily work and problems or challenges encountered during fieldwork;
  8. Ask questions in a clear and kind manner, and ask all the questions exactly as worded;
  9. Probe to clarify unclear answers;
  10. Double-check and revise the survey at the end of the survey in order to correct mistakes;
  11. Revisit the site and repeat the interview/survey if your survey is rejected by the QA team;
  12. Other duties assigned by the field supervisor;

Job Requirements:

  • At least one-year experience in related field   in data collection, administering questionnaires and conducting interviews, data collection and data entry
  • Graduated 14th class and bachelor degree is preferred
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build trust with beneficiary at the village level and maintain confidentiality
  • Be fluent in local language
  • Be able to work in community and village
  • Must be able to work for a full day
