About (CHA) Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance:

Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Preparation and arrangement of a regular weekly work plan and its implementation.
  2. Active participation in joint meetings and making work reports, suggestions, and criticisms.
  3. Encouraging and helping the employees under the cover of more effective and better performance.
  4. Handling and solving administrative issues inside or outside the provincial hospital.
  5. Ensuring Durable communication with the field office.
  6. Regulating the issues of hospitality, circles, and official gatherings.
  7.  A permanent control of keeping electricity, water, gas, and telephone of the provincial hospital active.
  8. Control and regular access to the protection and security of assets and documents of the provincial hospital
  9. Regulation of contracts for oil, gas, and other materials of the provincial hospital
  10.  Providing financial documents for official trips of employees to the financial department of the field office.
  11. Submitting the necessary purchase documents of the provincial hospital to the logistics department of the field office.
  12.  Maintaining the record of the correspondence and distributing incoming documents to relevant authorities.
  13. Control of circulation, fuel, and lubricants.
  14. Setting up a suitable room and work environment for employees and maintaining cordial and friendly relations with employees.
  15. Applying the principles and policies of the organization to the employees within their competence.
  16. Obedience to superior orders according to the bill.
  17. Maintain the secrets of the office

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or any other related field.
  • 2 years of working experience related to the position.
