Job Descriptions:

  • Support HR in scanning CVs, invite candidates to interview,
  • Schedule interview timeline, welcome candidates and arrange equipment during interview
  • Follow up with interview panel for interview assessment
  • Collect all interview/ test results
  • Support in preparing necessary documents for relevant processes
  • Overseeing onboarding for new hires and give each new employee an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Digitalize all staff profiles and store the hard copies;
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager are well performed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management, Business Administration, and any other relevant field.
