OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

Job Descriptions:

Admin/HR Associate will be responsible for a wide range of Administrative and human resource related activities and reporting responsibilities. Admin/HR Associate will be working under the direct & supervision of and report to Admin/HR Officer.

Admin/HR Associate has the authority and the obligation to question and refer the Admin/HR Officer any activity that does not appear to be in accordance with OCCD policy, guidelines or standards. The post of assignment is Kabul, Afghanistan.

Major responsibility:

  • Reading & understanding the Administrative and human resource policy & procedures of the organization.
  • Organize recruitment processes including drafting job description, provision of input to job classification process, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, preparing matrix, identify and set up short-listing and interview panel, participation in interview panels and ensuring logistical arrangement for interview process.
  • Supervision of staff during the work time and controlling of office.
  • Writing of official letter, minute of meeting certificate & etc. 
  • Preparing of monthly salary Report to Finance Dep’t.
  • Making appointment due to interviewing of new employment.
  • Coordinating panel for interviewing of new employment.
  •  Preparing of job description by cooperation involve team. 
  • Controlling and updating of personal files and updating of personal files by different related documents.
  • Checking of Monthly Staff report of Field office.
  • Train staff in the use of HR systems.
  • Any other Tasks given by HR Officer of OCCD 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree BBA
  • Working Experience of least 2 years with NGOs and Governments offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Pashto & Dari including report writing to Supervisor.
