• Track program milestones and outputs across sectors.
• Liaise between HQ, field teams, and sector managers to maintain quality and timeliness.
• Monitor compliance with donor obligations and internal standards.
• Compile data for narrative reporting, support MEAL framework implementation.
• Participate in joint needs assessments, proposal development, and donor liaison.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Development Management or related field.
• 5+ years in field coordination or implementation roles.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive program tracker dashboard.
• Monthly implementation and compliance reports.
• Final compilation of quarterly narrative reports.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in both national language (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
• Fluency in English is a must both oral and written
