Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist  ECHO -HIP Project Manager and Administrative Section in the project budget by preparing expenditure plan, cash need projections, overseeing the budget utilization and proposing necessary budget realignments.
  • Support the IRC field offices related Education Program Project Mangers/supervisors for providing the overall project require CBE/ALP Martials as (CBE/ALP Classroom, Teacher, Student, training and CBE/ALP classroom maintenance Martials).
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and other departments to undertake administrative action related to the procurement including preparation of purchase orders, related payment requests, and monitoring and follow-up on such requests.
  • Collaborate and coordinate relevant activities with partners and provide relevant technical support to partners.
  • Ensure proper implementation of partners administrative activities of ECHO-HIP.
  • Perform the logistical arrangements for the Education Program and Coordinated admin and logistic related issues with IRC Field Offices.
  • Support the IRC Kabul with field offices for processing monthly salaries of the ECHO-HIP  project CBE/ALP teachers.
  • Provide administrative support to Kabul education staff.
  • Support education team in preparing relevant filling system and make sure all the folders are up to date.
  • Assist ECHO-HIP project Manager in each related project Weekly, Monthly reports.
  • Prepare weekly movement plan for education department.
  • Perform any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree Business Administration, Education, or any other relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skill, as well as in Pashto and Dari languages.
  • Excellent computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Online Database)
