Job Descriptions:

  • Customer base management – quality acquisition, ARPU enhancement and churn reduction
  • Corporate service bundling – improving the overall ARPU by bundling business solutions to traditional corporate services i.e. voice, data, VAS.
  • Customer base analysis – to identify the segments, price the products and market in a manner to increase the revenue and eventually move from ARPU to ARPA.
  • Looking for new concepts and opportunities in the market.
  • Putting the new concept in terms of value to the organization for implementation.
  • Help in creating PD and BC for new products or promotions launched in the market aligned with Marketing KPI for business segment
  • Regularly tracking of business segment Marketing KPIs performance (UU, revenue and usage)
  • Working closely with technical / IT and CC team for resolving Marketing related issue faced  by  business customer segment
  • Setup, design, launch, and manage the campaigns through all the available channels.
  • Identifying the customers based on their Usage, ARPUU and plan campaign for each segmented customer separately.
  • Champion and monitor customer traits and always devise means of improving their experiences with Roshan to minimize their propensity to reduce spend, thereby maximizing customer profitability and understand the strengths and weaknesses via enhanced feedback management.
  • Periodical review and course correction to correct/ resolve/ leverage opportunities for revenue growth within the customer segment base
  • Follow up with PMO on implementation of the projects from the Roadmap.
  • Interact with technology to make sure all the products are aligned with technical feasibility and performs smoothly.
  • Highlight the key drivers to increase customer usage (local voice, incoming revenues, and top ups)
  • Profitability analysis
  • Predictive customer usage behaviour analysis

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Master in Public Administration, specialized in Sales Marketing
