Job Descriptions:

As a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer at Rahman Inte Cargo , you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative digital marketing campaigns while designing visually appealing graphics that enhance brand identity. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and PPC advertising.
    • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
    • Create and manage campaigns from concept to execution, focusing on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Graphic Design Excellence:

    • Design visually appealing graphics for digital assets, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and digital ads.
    • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for user experience.
    • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality visuals that align with campaign objectives.
  3. Content Creation and Copywriting:

    • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging copy and messaging for marketing campaigns, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
    • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
    • Continuously refine and iterate content based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
    • Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies, content creation, and overall digital marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, digital marketing campaigns, and writing samples.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
