The role of the Nutrition Ward Cleaner is to support high-quality safe care to women and babies in order to clean the surface of the nutrition ward, bed sheets, patients’ cloths and washrooms / toilets. The Nutrition ward Cleaner will work within direct supervision of nutrition nurse and medical team leader and receive guidance from them within the remit of their role. The nutrition ward Cleaner will provide information and advice to self-care, infant care, health promotion and housekeeping duties to ensure the smooth running of the Nutrition ward team in the Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pashto and Dari skills are required; English is preferable.
Previous experience working for an international NGO is preferable.
Previous experience as cleaner in a inpatient department is preferable
Training on infection prevention control is preferable
Commitment to INTERSOS principles.
Comply with all relevant INTERSOS policies and procedures.
