Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth transition and effective integration into the organization
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at company, clients, and country level
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment
  • Oversee employee engagement and retention efforts, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to support departmental goals and objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Perform any other activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10 years of working experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
