Organization for Research & Community Development (ORCD) is a Non-governmental, Non-political, Non-profitable and independent organization founded in 2010 by a group of community development and research specialist. The aim of the organization is to contribute to the development of Afghanistan as an integral part of the international community. It envisages accomplishing its aims by building local capacities, generating evidence in various disciplines, promoting evidence-based on best practices and implementing development projects aimed at community development at the grass root level. ORCD is a multi-donor funded NGO, implementing health, agriculture and community development projects in several provinces of the country.

• She Conduct anthropometric Measurement (Weight, Height and age) MUAC and Check edema of all under five children.
• She Classification of all under five children in categories of well nourished, Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) and Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM).
• Coordinator with the community elders, CHWs and Volunteer for the defaulter tracing and case detection.
• Proper follow up the absent cases to avoid being defaulted.
• Follow up of referral cases with related HFS.
• Follow up of detected cases in the next visit from the same site

• Having at least 12th grade certificate.
• Sensitive to Public Health issues.
• Having at least 2 years of work experience relevant to the position
• Willing to go repeatedly to field.
• Good communication Skill.
