Afghanistan Relief Initiative Organization (ARIO) is non-governmental and non-profit organization registered with Ministry of Economic in 2023 under “5828”. ARIO is working to support small enterprises, poverty alleviation, child protection, education and human rights and also committed to pursue sustainable development goals.

Job Descriptions:

Under the supervision of the Director and the Project Officer, the Trainer will be responsible for:

1. Providing comprehensive technical support, guidance, valuable insights, and solutions pertaining to various aspects related to financial management and accounting based on the needs and request of the beneficiaries;

2. Developing materials and solutions to support the acquisition of knowledge, development and growth of the participating entrepreneurs and their businesses;

3. Maintaining meticulous records of all interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;

4. Promptly escalating complex or urgent matter to the relevant project personnel;

5. Actively engaging with the project team to continuously enhance the quality of the services provided.

Job Requirements:

The Trainer must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field; a master degree in the same field would be an asset;


2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in projects dealing with entrepreneurship, business development, SMEs support and similar are required.

Needs to have proven, hands-on experience with training design and delivery in fields such as SMEs and entrepreneurship, business development, financial management and similar.


3. Experience delivering trainings or working on projects supporting employment creation for women, youth and / or people with disabilities is compulsory.


4. Personal, direct experience of running a home-based business or with an SME appreciated.


5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;


6. Reliability and honesty, with attention to details;


7. Proficiency in both Dari and Pashto, good knowledge of English required (tested during the job interview).
